Each month, you will receive between 9 and 11 gluten-free products: essentials to enrich your meals, practical snacks to take away, treats to share, but also, a thematic recipe and useful or educational surprises are included in the box.

Is the box suitable for one or more people?
The CeliacEase box is designed to cover one person's needs for several weeks. It allows for variety in meals and ensures you always have safe options on hand. If several members of your household eat gluten-free, it may be worth purchasing multiple subscriptions for added convenience.
How does the subscription work?
Our subscription is simple and flexible
You are charged each month via a secure payment (Shopify), and you receive a delicious gluten-free box at home, on the same date each month.
After 6 boxes, you can cancel, pause or skip a delivery at any time, directly from your customer area.
And of course, you remain free: no long-term commitment!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time after receiving 6 boxes . Before this threshold, the subscription is committed and cannot be interrupted.
Simply go to your customer account to Cancel, Pause, or skip a future delivery.
What is the cost and delivery time?
The delivery fee is €9.99 per box. Each month, all boxes are shipped on a single date for all subscribers. You'll receive a confirmation email once the shipments have been made, and 3 to 5 business days later, your box full of delights will be delivered directly to your home. Shipping is handled by FedEx for reliable and secure tracking. Remember to keep an eye on your phone: if necessary, the delivery person can contact you to finalize the delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout mainland France.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your box is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your delivery in real time.
Food products and safety
Are all products certified gluten-free?
Yes. Each product included in our boxes is certified gluten-free by its manufacturer, in accordance with European regulations, with a content of less than 20 ppm (parts per million). We work exclusively with rigorous brands committed to strictly adhering to this standard, to guarantee optimal safety for people with celiac disease.
Could there be traces of other allergens?
At CeliacEase, we are committed to offering you a diverse selection of guaranteed gluten-free products. However, some items may contain or be manufactured in environments that handle other allergens (e.g., nuts, soy, lactose). Each product comes with its full label, clearly indicating the possible presence of allergens, so you can check if the ones that concern you are present.

Yes, of course! When ordering, simply provide the contact information of the person you would like to gift the box to.
