Welcome to CeliacEase—a box born from a simple yet profound desire: to simplify gluten-free living and restore joy through food.
When I created CeliacEase, I didn't just want to sell good products. I wanted to serve those who, like me, know how living gluten-free can impact so much more than just meals.
I speak from personal experience here. This lifestyle often involves:
● a cruel lack of variety,
● a form of social isolation,
● a constant fear of error (crumbs, cross-contamination, etc.),
● and sometimes, serious physical consequences, as in my case: disabling ataxia attacks lasting several days.
My goal with CeliacEase
Helping you rediscover the pleasure of eating, without stress or mental strain. Supporting you every day with a useful, delicious and safe selection, designed to free your mind, wherever you are.
At home, in the office, on the go or on vacation, you will always have something safe and tasty at hand.
Because eating gluten-free should never mean eating without joy.
My story
My name is Stephanie, founder of CeliacEase.
I wasn't always gluten intolerant. It was after a burnout that my immune system was weakened, triggering a severe intolerance. I then experienced intense and inexplicable discomfort.
It was while attending baking workshops—my lifelong passion—that I noticed my symptoms worsened in these environments. Exposure to flour in the air amplified my attacks.
After numerous tests and a consultation with a specialist, the diagnosis was made: I had gluten-related ataxia. I was diagnosed in 2018 in Brussels. It was a shock... and above all, a wake-up call: limited choice in stores, bland products, and a real obstacle course just to find good bread.
A food and travel enthusiast, I began exploring alternatives abroad. There, I discovered innovative, delicious gluten-free products that were often unavailable in France. This is where the idea for CeliacEase was born: to share these gems with other gluten-free people and make life easier... and much more delicious.
It is a real pleasure for me to compose each month the selection of products to share with you.
